Settle your registration fees quickly by choosing one of the options below.

• Bank transfer (transfer fees borne by the participant)
• POS terminal payment (credit/debit card)
• Cash payment on site

Registration confirmations are sent within 48 hours after payment is received.

Important – Bank transfer payments

Before initiating any bank transfer, and immediately after it has been made, please email the Administrative and Financial Manager (RAF) of ASACI with the following information:

• Participant name / Organisation
• Purpose of the transfer (registration, accommodation, sponsoring, etc.)
• Amount and date of the transfer
• Reference or proof of payment

This will allow us to validate your payment quickly, issue your receipts and confirm your registration.
